Class Timetable

Offering a broad range of women's group fitness classes to cater for all ages, fitness levels and abilities!

The Group fitness studio accommodates up to 30 participants -

Adapted classes such as Boxing, Free weights, Core strength, Spin, Stretching, Low impact, body weight, Yoga and Aqua Aerobics.

AQUA AEROBICS: A water based aerobics and resistance training class suitable for all ages. With our variety of classes where you can work on your cardio fitness, your strength and flexibility. Make this a part of your weekly training.

BOOTCAMP'S: Perfect for all fitness levels! Utilising the surrounding area at Logans Beach. Stunning views, waterfront, beaches, open grassed area's all at our door step to workout in. Provides a great atmosphere to exercise in, imaginative, variety and technique are what you can expect each and every session!

BOXING: A fitness based boxing, cardio session suitable for all levels of fitness.

OLDER & BOLDER: A class for the older generation or introductory level for beginners. Includes aerobics, resistance training and core strengthening exercises allowing you to work at your own level.

PoundIT- Is a training technique, using compound exercise movements. Using more than one muscle group at a time. A short work out with big impact, fires up you metabolism, burning more fat in less time. Work to your own level, while challenging your body with every exercise.

REFINE YOUR CORE: The health benefits of strengthening your core include: improved flexibility. increased muscle strength and tone, particularly for your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips and buttocks (the 'core muscles' of your body) balanced muscular strength on both sides of your body. enhanced muscular control of your back and limbs. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing and improving coordination and balance!

SPIN: Our purpose built spin room has 20 state of the art Keiser M3 spin bikes - making it easier to gauge the resistance and to monitor your heart rate! High intensity workout that will burn calories and make you sweat.

STRETCH: To improve flexibility, aide in recovery, mobility and increase blood flow through out your body including your internal organs and muscles. Making you feel good and freeing up tensions in your body.

WEIGHTS: Challenges all your major muscle groups by using the bet weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music and your choice of weight to inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!

YOGA: The practice of yoga develops strength and flexibility, while soothing your nerves and calming your mind. The saunas affect the muscles, joints and skin, and the whole body – glands, nerves, internal organs, bones, respiration and the brain. The physical building blocks of yoga are the posture and the breathe.
